Releasing Trauma and Healing from Past Experiences: Part 1

Sometimes you need to reach within and tell your younger self that it’s ok. It’s not your fault. You had no idea anything like this would happen to you. You can let go though. It’s not happening anymore. Stop playing it over and over in your mind and letting it hold you hostage. You are not that younger person anymore. Choose to forgive this person. Not for them, but for you. So you can let it go. When you are choosing to forgive,

Repeat after me:
(Insert name. If you don’t know their name call them whatever you choose) I am choosing to forgive you today not for you but for me so I can move forward. I am not going to let what you have done to me affect me any longer. I’m going to let it go and work on being a healthier me. Someone with confidence, peace, joy. I am going to choose to be happy and live out my purpose.
