Just like the great Martin Luther King says “you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just have to take the first step.” But, sometimes taking that first step can be very scary. We often don’t want to take the first step because we are afraid of failure. So, we just stay where we’re at. Living comfortably.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not interested in just living comfortably. I know God called me for a purpose that is way out of my comfortability zone. I also had a fear about it, but I know its something I’m supposed to be doing, so I learned to overcome that fear. The more you do something, the better you become.

Sometimes, we need to move out of our own way and be courageous. Courage says no matter the outcome I will try again tomorrow. You never know what the outcome could be. It could be far greater than you imagined. Then your glad you decided to take that step.

Don’t be the person 10 years from now looking back on life and saying “geez I wish I had did that.” Dig deep down inside yourself and muster up as much courage as you can and just go for it. Even if it doesn’t turn out how you expected you can always try again and again until you succeed.
